1.  Acceptance

Your access to and use of this website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2.  General Provisions

2.1  Under no circumstances can the customer extend the period of stay except by agreement of the owner.
2.2  Arrival is between 16:00 and 20:00 (before 19:00 if you have ordered a meal on arrival). Changes to this can be negotiated with the owner at time of booking.
2.3  On your day of departure we ask that you vacate the room before 10:30am;
2.4  We ask that you make your room available from 10:30 onwards each day so that we can clean the room, change bedding as required, empty the bin and replenish consumables. You are free to use our garden/sitting room if required.

3.  Payment

3.1  We accept French bank cheques, cash and credit/debit cards are handled via our transactor Stripe.
3.2  Deposit, to secure your reservation a 30% deposit is required. When making the booking if there is less than 5 days before your arrival date this must be paid by debit/credit card.
3.3  All credit / debit card transactions are processed via Stripe, we do not collect or hold any credit/debit card information on this website. Please see Stripe's site for terms and conditions on usage of their site for transactions respectively www.Stripe.com.

4.  Modifications to your Reservation

4.1  If you wish to extend your stay you will need to check availability with the owner, if any discounts are applicable to your total period of stay this will be taken into account on your final bill.
4.2  During your stay if you decide to shorten your reservation we retain the right to keep your entire deposit and charge in full for the nights you have stayed.
4.3  If you decide to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date your deposit is non-refundable. Outside of this it will be refunded in full less any reasonable administrative fees (Stripe charges if applicable).

5.  Advice

The contents of this website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

6.  Change of Use

this website reserves the right to:
4.1  change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that this website shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
4.2  change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
